It made my first 200Hr Teacher Training so much easier as I was looking to align with Yoga Alliance for a 200hr Registered Yoga School.

I have also used the Advanced 300hr material and just completed my first 300Hr Teacher Training. All the teachers complimented me on the material for the manuals.

One of my teachers is from India and she can’t believe the advanced material Yoga Teacher Central provides. She says it is excellent.
