Dear friends and colleagues,
Since 2012, I’ve supported yoga teachers, therapists, trainers, coaches, and healthcare providers with meticulously vetted, evidence-based resources that bridge traditional insight with rigorous science and verifiable experience. My focus is on delivering real-world support that professionals can independently verify, easily adapt for their unique needs, and depend on for their daily work.
My favorite part of the week is getting lost in deep research. I love fact-checking, parsing out nuanced considerations, and watching a clear picture emerge as evidence from a vast range of sources comes into focus. Filtering everything through a practical, big-picture lens and connecting dots so we can be empowered in the real world is what drives me.

On the contrary, I am fanatical about curating real-world clinical and practical experience so we can glean the fullest, richest picture possible.
