Objective

Be prepared to teach the philosophy and practice of balancing in regards to physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects of life.

Description

Explain what is referred to when we speak of “balance.” Describe how physical imbalance manifests and other ways we might be out of balance. Discuss the subjects of dynamic balance and static balance. Explore the idea of balance being individual and how sequencing is used to promote balance. Explain how a variety of yoga techniques bring balance.
