Description

Discuss the fact that the brain repairs itself and regenerates (neurogenesis and neuroplasticity). Cite research regarding lifestyle factors that are directly related to brain health. Discuss brain degeneration and neurodegenerative disorders. Describe ways in which exercise makes the brain healthier and more resilient. Cite research that relates to yoga’s impact on brain health. Provide yoga practices that may foster brain health. Discuss the impact of toxins on the brain. Cite research on foods, herbs and supplements that impact brain health.
