Note

Of the Koundinyasana poses, here we include Dwi Pada Koundinyasana and Eka Pada Koundinyasana I. Because Eka Pada Koundinyasana II (Flying Splits) is not a twist like the poses found here, you will find it covered with Tittibhasana (Firefly Pose).
